Restaurant guide
Your first menu, step by step.
You need a restaurant account, your dish names and prices, and a clear photo of one dish. Start small and review the result before building the rest.
1. Create your workspace
Create a free account with your restaurant name and a menu address. This address is used in your public menu link. If an administrator created your account, sign in with the supplied credentials and change the temporary password in Settings.
2. Add your menu items
Open Menu items in the dashboard. Create categories, then add the name, description and price for each dish. Use availability to hide an item that is sold out. You can run a menu with photos while preparing your 3D models.
3. Build your first model
Open the model library and choose the photo upload option. Add a well-lit view of the entire dish; you can supply up to five images. Generation runs in the background and its progress appears in the library. See the photo guide before submitting.
The free plan includes ten builds in total and up to three published models. Check the allowance shown in your workspace before starting another build.
4. Review before publishing
Rotate the model and check its shape and texture. AI generation can approximate details incorrectly. Adjust the framing and scale using a measurement of your actual dish, then attach the model to a menu item. If the result is unsuitable, keep a photo instead.
Browser 3D uses a GLB file. iOS AR uses a separate USDZ file, so wait for conversion to finish before checking the experience on an iPhone. Test the public menu on the devices your guests use.
5. Share your QR menu
Open the QR page in your dashboard, download the code and print it for your tables. Scan a printed copy before putting it into service. It should open the correct restaurant and display the current menu.
Editing prices, availability or menu items keeps the same menu address. You do not need to print a new code for those changes. Guests can browse without creating an account.
If something doesn’t appear
- Check that the item is available and its category is active.
- Confirm the model is attached to the correct item and is ready.
- Check your plan’s published-model allowance.
- Use a compatible phone and browser for AR. Ordinary menu browsing remains available.
